A test-bed for EVs?
- Poland should be happy having RWE as one of their electricity suppliers. Simply because it is actually investing in electricity-beyond-carbon era. And there you go – RWE has just launched the first charging station for EVs in Warsaw.
- This coincides with “foothold strategy” endorsement by Electrification Coalition in the US. Better place is pushing the same goal in cities worldwide, and in both cases – we’re still in very early phases. Basically, companies are looking for municipalities to collaborate delivering the infrastructure. EV-electric vehicle-currently stands as the most viable solution for our transport misery.
- Creating a test-bed in a small city as Vilnius would bring multiple benefits: positive environmental effects, revitalize related businesses and help brand the capital. Perhaps it’s not too late.
